Sunlight Through Trees

Welcome and thank you for visiting

Epione

(pronounced: eh - PEE - oh - nee)

What does living well mean to you? For many, a calmer mind, fulfilment, meaning, love and fun often come up.  Whether you are looking for therapy, seeking supervision as a therapist, or seeking professional training, we can think together about deepening awareness and insight into internal processes, relational patterns, and improving emotional regulation and autonomy, so that you can live well, and support others to do the same.

Personal development can soothe pain and defensiveness, enable a greater sense of psychological freedom and inner peace, support relating to self with greater self-compassion and acceptance, and increase capacity to connect with others more openly, authentically, and intimately. This requires sustained effort, but is supported here by an enduring commitment to transformative and empowering therapy, which aims to recognise and support each person's unique experiences and intersectional identity, particularly around marginalisation, and unmet relational needs.
