Clinical Supervision

What do you need from your supervision and are you getting it? How best do you like to be supported, and do you have particular areas of yourself, or your work that you would like to develop?

With this in mind, we can shape the focus and emphasis of supervision so your professional development, and client-work oversight and support, is safe and effective, whilst matching your aims.

Whether you are a trainee going into your first placement or an experienced counsellor,  I aim to offer a containing space that feels safe and encouraging, accounts for areas of success and growth, as well as exploration of areas of difficulty, without invitations to shame. I support counsellors in gaining confidence and proficiency in their therapeutic efficacy, and development of their identity as practitioners. It is my hope that you will find yourself held ethically, in a boundaried, professional, and warm, supportive space .

Qualified and experienced, I offer supervision to counsellors at all stages of training and experience, working with children, adolescents and adults.
