CPD Certificate in TA and specialist areas of counselling
The better we get at our job, understanding ourselves and others, the more we and our clients may move towards increased emotional fluency and autonomy. Put simply, good training often leads to better results.
Key Points
Start dates
The next group commences in September 2026. It consists of 18, two hour sessions, delivered fortnightly, during term times.
Training medium
This course is an online training usually held on weekday evenings from 6-8pm. Other times are available on request.
Fees
There are three payment options:
Option 1: £50 deposit,
£220 due before course start date
Option 2: £50 deposit,
5 monthly payments pf £48
Option 3: £50 deposit,
10 monthly payments of £26
Accreditation
This course is applying for
Quality Checked CPD Course Recognition with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
Pre-requisites
This is a post-qualification training. Applicants must be either qualified counsellors or have completed their core training, at a minimum of level 4, and be waiting for their qualification certificate.
Assessment
There is no homework and you are not being assessed. You will receive your CPD certificate by attending and participating.
The CPD Certificate in TA and specialist areas of counselling, is a unique training developed in response to practitioner feedback on training sought post-qualification. Building on core training at Levels 4 or 5, this course provides depth and meaningful learning to support practitioner development.
Groups are capped at a maximum of 8, and are intentionally small because the programme is designed to be connecting and safe, Each group is closed for the year – meaning new people don’t get added in.
