As an educator Nick designs and delivers both core and advance counsellor training. He leads small learning groups, favouring depth over breadth, and engaging dialogue over unilateral delivery. His approach invites critical thought and keeps the therapeutic frame open, contemporary, and actively anti-oppressive.
